Warranty Policy

WOHOBIKE has taken great care in manufacturing and quality. We therefore offer consumers a voluntary warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship on our product. If there are any serious flaws, delivery errors, substandard size and other factors need to apply for a replacement, please notify our customer service via call or E-mail ( info@wohobike.com ) within seven days after receiving the products. Please attach the photo of your items in the E-mail, and describing your reasons for replacement, as well as provide the order-number, contact name and complete information, We will send you the replaced products after we received and confirmed your items.

We do not offer unconditional return service, damaged due to user crashes, abuse, system changes,modifications or use of the product in any manner not described in this manual.
