Geno Villafano - United States
Geno and his partner Becca have been bikepacking together since 2019, when they loaded up and shipped themselves off to the Island of Okinawa for two weeks. We navigated around the whole island, camping on beaches and loving every moment of it.
In 2020, travel was restricted a bit so they bikepacked the only temperate rain-forest in the continental USA; Olympic State park. Also they planned another trip later in the year to The Big Island of Hawaii and again circumnavigated the entire island and climbed the infamous Mauna Kea; a 6 hour climb and snowing at the top!
2021- Bike through the Caucasus mountains in Georgia, one of the hardest terrains we've yet experience.
